Our free consultation is different from the usual quick chat. It is a real first visit with a 3D scan, an initial cleaning, a full oral health report and your exact price, and you do not have to decide anything that day. This guide explains what happens, so you know what to expect before you book.
What does the free consultation include?
- A 3D digital scan of your teeth on the 3Shape scanner
- Professional diagnostic photos of your teeth and smile
- An initial cleaning
- A full oral health report that we share with you
- A direct registration to our App so you get to use it from day one
- Your estimated price, before you decide anything
Your visit, step by step
- You tell us what you want to change. Crowding, gaps, rotated teeth or a bite that bothers you. We listen first.
- 3D scan. We scan your teeth and you can see them on screen.
- Initial cleaning. Your teeth are cleaned before anything is planned.
- Complete Oral health analysis report. We go through the report with you and you keep a copy.
- An honest assessment. Not every case suits aligners, so we assess first and tell you what is realistic. If braces are a better fit, we tell you.
- Your price and payment options. Treatment starts from AED 6,900, and you get your exact price after the scan. Payment plans run up to 48 months.
What the free visit does not include
The free visit is not your full treatment plan. After your scan, our clinical team of orthodontists prepares your digital 3D plan. The exact number of aligners and the exact timing come only after that planning. Read more about how your plan is made and your treatment plan, step by step.
How to prepare
- We send you a confirmation of your booking by email. Your appointment date, time and location is included.
- We send you a declaration form by email. This you will fill with answers about your medical history.
- Browse our website to see our services and the before and after photos of our patients. They show what clear aligners can do, so you arrive at your appointment knowing what to expect.
- Think about what you like and what you dislike about your smile. Write it down and share it with us at your appointment. We plan your treatment around what you want, and we tell you honestly what is possible.
- Tell us about any earlier orthodontic treatment or dental work
- Think about which payment option suits you
What happens after the visit?
If aligners suit you and you decide to go ahead, your plan is prepared and your aligners are made. One refinement is included in your treatment price if your teeth need it. Read more about what a refinement is and what your price includes.
